• Do I have to connect with Facebook?

  For now, yes. We use Facebook as a way to verify identity. Until we come up with a better way, all tutors must sign up with a Facebook account.

  How do I get started?

  Just create a profile by connecting with your Facebook account. Parents will find your profile and send you a tutoring request. When you get a request, just call the parent to setup a tutoring session. It’s that simple.

• How do I get paid?

  Just log your hours in our totally sweet tutor dashboard, and we’ll pay you via Paypal every week. It’s no big deal if you don’t have Paypal. We’ll just create an account for you with your email address.

• How much can I make?

  Our top tutors make thousands of dollars a month. How much you make entirely depends on the value you provide to parents and students. In general, the more difficult your subject, the more you make (Statistics tutors can earn more than Algebra tutors, for example). Having a teaching credential, a master's degree, or pHd can also help. Getting a lot of students to rate you and say you are awesome is the best way to make more money.
